Private DJ in Bodrum

One person books, sets up, runs the night and answers for it. No second vendor to chase.

In short

Private DJ work in Bodrum: villas, yacht and gulet charters, and private celebrations. I supply, install and operate the sound and lighting myself, so there is one person responsible for how the night sounds.

One vendor instead of three

A private evening usually needs a DJ, a sound system and some lighting. Booked separately, that is three companies, three arrival times and three people pointing at each other when something is missing. I do all three.

That matters most when nobody on your side is technical. You do not have to know how many speakers a terrace needs or whether the villa's supply will carry the load. You tell me the place, the date and roughly how many people, and I come back with a plan and an itemised quote.

Villas, yachts and charters

Each setting has its own constraint. At a villa it is usually the neighbours and the local curfew, so I position the system to keep the sound inside the guest area rather than pushing it across the bay. On a boat it is deck size, salt, movement and secure mounting, which means a compact rig rather than a scaled-down club setup.

I look at all of that before the day, not on arrival. If you want the detail for a specific setting, the villa party page and the yacht party page go deeper.

Working with concierges, planners and charter companies

A good share of my work comes through people booking on someone else's behalf: concierge services, event and wedding planners, villa agencies and charter companies. If that is you, the useful part is that I reduce your coordination rather than adding to it.

You get availability and an itemised quote quickly, I do the venue or boat check myself, and I report back in plain language so you can pass it on. On the night there is one person to call. I am based here, not flying in, so a change of plan two days out is not a crisis.

If you keep a vendor list, I am happy to sit on it with current rates and availability.

Discretion

Many private events are private for a reason. I do not post guests, addresses or footage without permission, and I am comfortable working under whatever confidentiality the host expects. If you would rather nothing appears anywhere, nothing appears anywhere.

Where I work

The whole Bodrum peninsula: Yalıkavak, Türkbükü, Göltürkbükü, Gümüşlük, Turgutreis, Bitez, Ortakent, Torba, Gümbet, Akyarlar and Yalıçiftlik, plus the marinas and the bays reached by boat. Work beyond the peninsula can be arranged.

If the event is a wedding, the wedding DJ page covers how the ceremony and the running order are planned. For equipment without a DJ set, see sound system rental.

Booking from abroad

Private events are often booked by a concierge, a villa manager or an assistant on behalf of someone who has not landed yet. The arrangement is built for that.

There is a written agreement covering the date, the hours, the equipment and the price. Payment is accepted in pounds, euros, dollars or Turkish lira, and the amount is fixed at the time of booking rather than at the time of payment.

The whole crew speaks English, so on the night your household staff, your guests and my team are all working from the same instructions.

Discretion is part of the job. I do not post guest photographs, guest lists or locations, and I do not use private events as material without being asked.

Frequently asked

Do you work with concierge services, planners and charter companies?
Yes, and a good part of my work comes that way. If you are coordinating on behalf of a guest, you get one contact for music, sound and lighting instead of three. I send availability and an itemised quote, I handle the venue or boat check myself, and I report back so you are not chasing details.
Can you keep the booking private?
Yes. Many of my events are private and stay that way. I do not post guests, addresses or footage without permission, and I am happy to work under whatever confidentiality your client expects.
Do you bring the sound system or do we need a separate supplier?
I bring it, install it, run the sound check and operate it through the night. There is no separate AV vendor to coordinate, and one person is responsible if something goes wrong.
What if the villa has close neighbours or the marina has a curfew?
I check that before the day. I look at the space, the power supply, the distance to neighbours and any local sound limit, then position the system so the pressure stays inside the guest area. A night that gets cut short is worse than a night that ran a little quieter.
Our guests speak several languages. How do announcements work?
Announcements and the running order work in English and Turkish. The music itself is built around the guest mix rather than a fixed playlist, so a room with several nationalities does not spend the night waiting for something familiar.
How far in advance should we book?
Summer weekends on the peninsula fill early. If the date is fixed, earlier is safer; if it is still moving, tell me the window and I will hold what I can.

Tell me the date and the place.

Send the date, the villa or the boat and a rough guest count. I reply the same day.
