Bodrum Sound System Rental
I do not drop the gear and leave. I install it, run the sound check and stay with it all night.

I rent sound systems for events across Bodrum. I do not hand the gear over and leave: installation, sound check and operation through the night are mine. I do not do dry hire: my crew brings the equipment, installs it, runs the sound check and stays with it through the event. If you are bringing your own DJ, the DJ setup can be rented separately.
We start with the venue and the event: the size of the space, indoor or outdoor, guest count, the hours and the kind of night it is. A cocktail reception and a dance floor need different systems even in the same room.
From that I specify what is required and send an itemised written quote. If the venue's own system is good enough, I say so plainly rather than selling you a setup you do not need.
Exact makes and models depend on the size of the job. The quote states which type of equipment will be installed.
If you are bringing your own DJ, or several names are playing across the night, I can install the DJ setup on its own. A rental DJ setup covers the booth, the mixer and the player set, with monitor speakers added where needed.
DJ equipment rental and sound system rental often go together on the same job. Taking both means one person is responsible for the whole signal path, which removes the usual mismatch between the booth and the PA. If you would rather book me as the DJ, the whole night runs on one plan.
The stock I hold is enough to equip five large events at the same time. That means two things: in peak season I can cover more than one production on the same night, and when a single job grows, I do not have to sub-hire equipment from another company.
System type changes with the crowd and the space. Point source speakers are enough for small and mid-size work; at concert and festival scale a line array is flown so the sound carries evenly to the back. Sub-bass support is calculated from the depth of the area. On the stage side I provide monitor wedges as well as in-ear monitoring: with a live band or a stage with many microphones, in-ear keeps the stage sound clean and stops unnecessary level spilling into the room.
At corporate events and conferences the number of wireless channels is what decides the plan: how many speakers, how many channels live at once, lavalier or handheld. We settle that up front, because every channel added on the day changes the frequency plan.
Most work in Bodrum happens outdoors. Without walls to reflect off, sound disperses fast and the wind carries it. I place speakers at closer intervals, aim them into the guest area and factor in the prevailing wind.
In villa gardens the distance to neighbours is its own constraint. I position the system to keep pressure inside the guest area, which in villa party setups is what keeps a night from being cut short. On boats, deck size, salt and secure mounting come first, so yacht events get a compact rig.
A good share of the events here are arranged by people who are not in Turkey yet — a couple whose Bodrum venue they have only seen in photographs, or an organiser running the day from another country. The technical side does not need you on site to settle it.
We work the requirement out before you travel: the size of the space, indoor or outdoor, the guest count, the hours, whether there are speeches, and whether the venue's own system is worth using. From that you get an itemised quote in English, in writing, with the type of equipment named. Nothing is left to be decided on the day.
Correspondence runs in English, over email or WhatsApp. On the event day the equipment and the crew are in Bodrum: delivery, rigging, a full sound check before guests arrive, and operation through the night. You arrive to a system that has already been tested.
The service area is the Bodrum peninsula, on the Aegean coast of Turkey.
Bodrum centre and the entire peninsula: Yalikavak, Turkbuku, Golturkbuku, Gumusluk, Turgutreis, Bitez, Ortakent, Torba, Gumbet, Akyarlar and Yaliciftlik. Work beyond the peninsula can be arranged.
If the event is a wedding, the wedding DJ service puts ceremony, cocktail and party on a single plan. For corporate and larger productions, see event production.
Send the date, the venue and a rough guest count. I reply the same day.
