What is processed when you visit

When you visit the site, the following is processed briefly on the server:

• Your IP address and an approximate city based on it
• Your internet service provider
• Your browser and operating system type
• The address of the page you visit
• The address you came from

This information is sent to the site owner as an instant notification. The purpose is to see which service pages attract interest and to tell real visitors apart from automated crawlers.

What we do not do

• Your IP address is not stored in a database. It appears only in the notification message and is not kept afterwards.
• We do not try to identify you.
• No exact address or GPS location is determined. The IP-based city is approximate and is often wrong.
• No ad tracking, no profiling and no selling of data to third parties.
• The site has no advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

Cookies

The site uses no marketing or analytics cookies. Only your browser's own session storage is used, to avoid sending the same page notification twice. This data is not sent to the server and is deleted when you close the tab.

Enquiry form

When you send the enquiry form, the details you enter (name, email, phone if given, event date, type, venue and your message) are sent to the site's server and processed as follows:

• Server record: your enquiry is stored on the server, in a file that is not reachable from the web, so that it is not lost even if one of the notification channels fails.
• Email: a copy of the enquiry is sent to the site owner's email address through the Resend email service. Your email address is added as the reply-to address so that you can be answered.
• Telegram: the content of the enquiry is sent to the site owner as an instant notification through Telegram.

These details are used only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote for your event and contact you about it. They are never sold, and they are not used or shared for marketing or advertising. If you use the WhatsApp links on the page, the conversation takes place on WhatsApp.

How long data is kept

Form records are kept on the server for 12 months; older records are deleted by an automatic clean-up that runs each time the form is used. Copies of the enquiry in email and Telegram stay in the site owner's accounts and are deleted when they are no longer needed for communication and follow-up. If you ask for your details to be deleted earlier, they will be deleted.

For rate limiting, an irreversible digest (HMAC-SHA256) derived from your browser details is kept for at most 24 hours. Your IP address cannot be recovered from this digest. The approximate location is cached for the same period and then deleted. Telegram notifications stay on the site owner's device and are not kept longer than needed.

Third-party services

• Resend: used to deliver enquiries from the form to the site owner by email.
• Telegram: visit and form notifications are delivered to the site owner through this service.
• IPinfo: queried for an approximate location and provider from the IP address.
• Google Fonts: the fonts are loaded from here.
• Hostinger: the provider that hosts the site.

The servers of these providers may be located outside Türkiye. Through these services, your details are processed only for the purposes described above.

Your rights

You can ask to access your personal data, to have it corrected or to have it deleted. You can send your request by email.
